Head Start Nap Interrupted October 22 • Head Start Building - 21st Street

The smell of melting wires alerted the custodian of the building that houses the Haleyville Head Start Program and County Health. Twenty-nine napping children were awakened and escorted outside to safety. There were no injuries and the children appeared to be unshaken by the incident.
